Entertaiment is any activity that diverts or amuses people in their leisure time. It can be created by people, such as when they spontaneously invent a game; or it can be provided for them by other people, such as in the form of a performance. People may consume entertainment actively, such as when they play a sport as a hobby; or passively, such as when they watch an entertainment product on television.
